MAVEY Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MAVEY, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, legally capable of entering an agreement, and not prohibited from using the Service. You must provide accurate information and maintain one authentic account.

2. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not impersonate others; scam, defraud, threaten, harass or exploit anyone; solicit passwords, OTPs or money deceptively; distribute illegal, non-consensual, exploitative or infringing content; automate or scrape the Service; evade a ban; or interfere with security.

3. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant MAVEY a limited worldwide licence to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve the Service and comply with law. You must have the right to share your content.

4. Safety and moderation

MAVEY does not conduct criminal background checks unless explicitly stated. Exercise judgment when meeting people. We may review reports and relevant content, restrict features, remove content, suspend or ban accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with valid legal requests.

5. Purchases

Paid digital features are processed through Google Play and governed by displayed pricing, billing periods and Google Play terms. Subscriptions may renew unless cancelled through Google Play. Deleting MAVEY does not itself cancel a subscription.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee matches, uninterrupted availability, user identity or user conduct. To the extent permitted by law, MAVEY is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for conduct of other users. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Termination and changes

You may stop using MAVEY or delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk or legal reasons. We may update these Terms with appropriate notice where required.
