Delete Your MAVEY Account and Data

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to MAVEY.
2. Open Profile → Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

This permanently removes the account, public profile, matches, chats and associated app data and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without app access

Email mavey.support@gmail.com with subject “MAVEY Account Deletion Request” from the email linked to your account, or provide the linked phone number and account details needed for verification. Never email an OTP or password.

What may be retained

Limited purchase, security, ban, fraud-prevention and safety records may be retained where necessary or required by law. If an account was reported before deletion, limited identifiers and reported-chat evidence may be retained for up to 365 days for fraud prevention, safety and legal purposes. Other eligible data is deleted or de-identified after verification and processing.
